This machine is placed before plucker in order to facilitate plucking process.

After killing and bleeding trough, broilers will pass through scalder and their feathers will soak in scalders hot water. The water in this machine gets warm by injecting hot steam in the water and the temperature is controlled by a thermocouple. This machine is made of stainless steel and in different sizes based on a capacity of the slaughter line.
