This table is designed for dewatering broilers after the Chiller.

Bird washer is placed after Plucker to wash and clean the broilers.

Bleeding trough

After killing in order to collect blood, broilers will move above bleeding trough by the overhead conveyor.

Chiller

Chiller is responsible for pre-chilling the broilers by using cold water and ice.

Head puller

Head puller

Head puller will detach the head from the body.

Hock cutter

By cutting the hock this machine will drop the broilers into the chiller directly.

Hock unloader

By this machine, hocks will be removed from shackles and then they can be transferred to feet processing line.

Overhead Conveyor

Broilers will be hanged to the shackles of the overhead conveyor in order to pass through the slaughter line equipment.
